Meet Maiyah and Jaynie

Maiyah and Jaynie are the creative duo behind Nettie’s. Raised in Las Vegas, they always felt a pull toward the quiet charm of Southern Utah. After graduating from Utah Valley University—Maiyah in Outdoor Recreation and Jaynie in Art and Design—they turned their shared love for vintage trailers into a magical escape for travelers. Whether restoring interiors or dreaming up cozy touches, they’ve poured heart and soul into every inch of Nettie’s.

Why Nettie’s?

Honoring a Legacy: The Name Behind the Dream
Nettie’s is named in loving memory of Maiyah’s mother, Nanette Grant. A vibrant woman with an adventurous spirit and deep love for family, Nettie passed away in 2023 after bravely battling breast cancer. Her legacy lives on through every trailer, every guest experience, and every shared smile. She reminded us to dream big and live boldly—and that’s exactly what Nettie’s is all about.
