Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the sink in my trailer?

Due to city regulations, the trailers do not have internal water hookups. However, each trailer has a spigot just outside, providing culinary water for cooking and drinking.

Where do I get drinking water?

Each trailer is equipped with a Brita pitcher inside the fridge. You can refill it using the outdoor spigot.

How do I use the spigot?

Simply pull the green handle straight up until it’s vertical. There’s no need to pump—it will flow freely.

Is laundry available on-site?

Yes! We have two coin-operated washers and dryers available 24/7. Quarters can be exchanged using the change machine inside the laundry room.

How can I cook my meals?

Each trailer includes an outdoor grill and microwave for cooking. We also encourage guests to support the great local restaurants in Panguitch.

Are you pet friendly?

We are not pet friendly. However, there is a pet boarder in town who we highly recommend. They offer very fair prices and are wonderful to work with. Please reach out to Lorena at Pawz Dogs for reservations. (435) 691-3696

Where do I park?

We have free on-site parking available. In the unlikely event that the lot is full, we also have free street parking.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes. Our quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

Are there any grocery stores nearby?

Yes! Joe’s Market is just three blocks away from our resort, and there is also a Family Dollar at the entrance to town.

When is the office open?

The office is open 9am-5pm every day.
